PARTNERS IN EDUCATION
Kendrick's Partners-In-Education are St.
Luke United Methodist Church and the CONUS
Replacement Center (CRC) from Ft. Benning. Our
partners provide many resources to improve the learning experience
of our students including hundreds of hours of volunteer time
spent on the Kendrick campus helping with various activities
including the Academic Decathlon, Operation DriveSmart, End-of-course
testing, Graduation testing, judging of various competitions
including Social Science Fair and Teacher of the Year, job-shadowing,
and many other activities.
Volunteers have also spent time mentoring students one-on-one to help them to pass algebra classes. St. Luke has provided a facility for AP testing and the Baccalaureate ceremony every year and has also assisted with transporation of the Academic Decathlon team to Atlanta for the state competition. St. Luke provides opportunities for both the men's and women's chorus' to perform during the year.
