Kendrick has three teachers certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. These teachers have completed a rigorous one-year program of self-analysis and improvement in order to become the best teachers that they can be. National Board Certification is a nationwide program designed to identify, recognize and reward teachers who meet the highest standards of their profession. There are only 2,120 National Board Certified Teachers in the state of Georgia. In Muscogee County, there are only 38 of these outstanding teaching professionals. The Kendrick teachers and their NBPTS certification are listed below:
