Exchange Club Exchange Club Youth of the Month Selected
Emma Washington is the Exchange Club Youth of the Month for March 2008
Several times during the school year, each MCSD high school selects a twelfth-grade student as Youth of the Month. These nominees attend a monthly Columbus Exchange Club luncheon where they are recognized, along with the teachers they they would like to honor.
In the March meeting, Emma Washington was selected and recognized as the "Youth of the Month" and received a plaque as well as a cash award. The teacher that Emma recognized was Catrina Latimore, who teaches 11th grade English.
